Profile: Nolan serves as the Managing Director and
founder at Advantcomp. His passion for development of technologically
sound applications and his desire to create a satisfied customer is
what drives him. Nolan's role is to lead all primary client contact.
He ensures the successful development of projects, as well as manages all
team members' roles and responsibilities.
Nolan started Advantcomp in March 2000 with the desire to create excellent
Internet applications. He has post-secondary academic experience in
business management and computer science.
He lives in Victoria and enjoys squash, mountain biking, weight training,
golfing and snow boarding.

Profile: Chris is the lead web programmer on the Advantcomp team, specializing PHP, Ruby, MySQL, as well as ColdFusion development. He is a strong database developer, and has earned a bachelor of science in computer science from the University of Calgary. Chris has a strong background in SEO theory and affiliate marketing.
Chris lives in Victoria, and enjoys mountain biking, weight training, golf, snow boarding and overall healthy living.

Profile: As Sales Manager, Renne is responsible for overseeing all business development and sales with Advantcomp. Renee is the face of the Advantcomp and IdeaZone.ca strategic partnership initiative.
Renee comes to Advantcomp with a background of 15 years in print media and communications. In the past two years, she mentored BC entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses, reach their targets and finalize their business plans in combination with her positivity and inspiration. Renee’s focus was on the need of each client as she delivered small business videoconference workshops, on-site training, government funded programs and a yearlong training package in cooperation with key stakeholders in the business community. Renee represented and provided services, to entrepreneurs, for organizations including The Canadian Youth Business Foundation, Small Business BC, Small Business Victoria, Business Victoria, The Women’s Enterprise Centre, Front Counter BC, Community Futures (a Western Economic Diversification Canada initiative), One Stop Business Registry, and the federal government. She has facilitated workshops on customer service, financing and been featured as a guest speaker on subjects pertaining to self-employment. She is a founding member and public speaker for The Vancouver Island Entrepreneur Toastmasters Club (VIE-TM). As an entrepreneur herself, she understands branding, marketing, and key areas to achieve business success through her leadership and dedication.
